Working Session
Bring us one problem.
Thirty minutes. No pitch, no slides, no “discovery call” theater. You describe what’s not working; we tell you what we see, what we’d do about it, and honestly whether we’re the right ones to do it.
How the session runs.
- You talk first. The problem, in your words — a hire, a build, a back office, a number you don’t trust. Whatever hurts most right now.
- We ask diagnostic questions. Usually about what’s upstream of the symptom. This is the same thinking we’d bill for later, free.
- You leave with a read. Our honest assessment of the constraint, what we’d do, roughly what it would cost — or a straight “you don’t need us for this, here’s what to do instead.”
No obligation, no follow-up sequence hounding you. If it’s useful, you’ll know.
